Daynet + Yaidel | Sevierville Micro Wedding

This Sevierville Micro Wedding in Tennessee reminded me alllll over again how much I love my destination weddings! I know as a Florida wedding photographer, I get to shoot in the pretty places on a regular basis. But when I get to hop on plane and fly somewhere new to document my couples, I get so excited. I love exploring all the beautiful places you choose to get married.

Daynet & Yaidel (remember their engagement photos!??) decided to have a Sevierville micro wedding, and it was SO PRETTY. It brought all the Fall vibes, and I loved going through their gallery while I was editing.

While they are from Fort Myers, these two have been together for over a decade and wanted to get married somewhere new. They spent the weekend in this beautiful VRBO cabin venue, and had fun with their families all around Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge before the wedding. Their dog, Mahi, was also a very important part of the day!

If you are thinking of having a micro wedding, I highly recommend booking a VRBO as your venue. You can usually get beautiful backdrops for photos, have everything in one place, and really customize the decor. Plus it can be such a special experience just to spend the weekend with your loved ones while you celebrate this new season in life.

Their wedding day was amazing from beginning to end. The two got ready separately and then had their intimate ceremony on the balcony of the VRBO. They had a triangle arch and flowers for their decor. The bride’s lace gown was stunnnninnnggg. And contrasted so perfectly to the scenery. You’ll have to scroll down to see for yourself. She was such a beautiful bride!

After the ceremony, we snuck away for some gold hour portrait sessions. And as much as I love my beach photos, there was something about the sun setting over the mountains! Sign me up for any Tennessee weddings! Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are calling my name!!

Their reception was nothing short of a pArTy, with all their guests dancing and celebrating into the night.
